30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee At LYORA, we are committed to providing high-quality products that enhance your daily life. We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags/seals intact.

Non-Returnable Items For the safety and health of our customers, we maintain strict return criteria for certain categories:

  • Personal Care & Beauty: Products such as oils, serums, and creams cannot be returned once the original seal is broken or the product has been used.

  • Hygiene-Sensitive Items: Any item that comes into direct contact with skin or hair cannot be returned once opened.

  • Custom/Sale Items: Final sale items or gift cards are not eligible for returns.

How to Start a Return To initiate a return, contact our support team at support@lyora.com.

  • Note: Do not send items back to the manufacturer or origin warehouse. All authorized returns must be sent to our distribution office at: C. Juan Sebastian El Cano 13, 35214, Telde, Spain.

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning their items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately with a photo of the product and the packaging. We will evaluate the issue and provide a free replacement or a full refund.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
